Luxury Villa Layla

Villa Layla is a sublime semi-detached property with its own private pool. Located close to Dubrovnik but far enough away from the tourist crowds for you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the mountains. Panoramic views across the valley to the ever changing colours of the Adriatic Sea will await your arrival.

Enjoy a little ‘sun worshipping’ on the comfortable sun loungers provided or chillout and relax on the outdoor sofa and lounge area. Barbecue and dine alfresco on a beautiful hand crafted marble and iron dinning table and chairs. We have placed it underneath the balcony to allow you to dine with a little relief from the heat.
The interior is fully air-conditioned throughout and an open plan living area with comfy sofas, WiFI and TV enabling you all to enjoy modern family time together. An additional WC is located just off the lounge area. The kitchen is high spec with a fridge freezer, dishwasher, ice maker and the all-important wine fridge. Crockery is provided to compliment any dinner party. there is a separate laundry room with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Villa Layla sleeps 4 with both the rooms overlooking the pool, the valley all the way to the sea. The Master room has a beautiful ensuite bathroom with the large walk-in shower. The Twin room has a private balcony and an adjacent bathroom with a large walk-in shower. They have been designed with attention to detail, handcrafted beds and quality linen. The sofa bed can offer addition sleeping for 2 more guests.

Pool heating is included in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in nighttime temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season. It is not a guarantee. ( if you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).

Please note Villa Layla is a part of an ongoing building development, no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area.

Large lounge space with comfortable sofas, coffee table, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, patio doors opening onto the terrace and pool.

Adjoining the kitchen area there is a large dining table and chairs to seat 6, complimented with crockery for any type of entertaining.

The swimming pool is for the sole use of our guests.  The pool can be heated and the chill taken off during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.

Sun loungers, tables and umbrellas are provided for your relaxation.

Outdoor lounge area with outdoor sofas.

There is a poolside shower and WC for your convenience.

The outdoor dining table & chairs provided along with summer kitchen & BBQ to dine alfresco by the pool.

Please be aware it takes 24hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.

NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till end April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

Until 10 a.m.

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.

Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
