Luxury Apartment Alice

Nestled in the mountains top, with a view to the Adriatic Sea, is Apartment Alice.
Breathe and fill your lungs with the mountain air before taking a plunge into the stunning infinity pool. Sun lounges, tables and an umbrella is provided for you to soak up the sun and allow any stress to just fade away. There is shaded outdoor lounge area, ideal for dining, a game of cards, a cocktail or just to chill and take in the most breath taking panorama.
The Interior living space is open-plan and contemporary, with the lounge patio doors opening onto a the balcony terrace, BBQ and the outdoor lounge area.
The lounge has a sofa that can be converted into a sofa bed, satellite TV, Wi-Fi and air-conditioning/heating throughout. The kitchen is fully fitted with crockery for all occasions, fridge freezer, and the all important dishwasher. There is a separate laundry area.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe and a en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The twin room has two beds, wardrobes and an adjacent bathroom. An additional bed, (a small supplement is charged) and cot can be supplied and added to either of the rooms.
Located 6km from Dubrovnik and 14km from the airport this lovely apartment is nestled in the mountains just away from the crowds.
The apartment at Villa Alice is a wonderful place to make holiday memories!

NB: The owner does not stay in the villa whilst they have guests renting.

Please also note Apartment Alice is a part of an ongoing building development, no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area.

Enjoy the infinity pool with breathtaking views. Please note the pool has no heating options.
Sunlounger tables and an umbrella are provided for your relaxation.
The outdoor lounge and BBQ enables you to enjoy dinning alfresco.

Until 10 a.m.

30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.

A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.

Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.

Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.

Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.

Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.
