It isn’t really visible from the road unless you are on your return journey, so you need to pull off the main road and park up at the top of the steep incline down to the beach. There is a small car park by the beach or enough space to make to a drop off and turn round.
As it is not so visible to the tourists it really is a local’s beach with good access to the water for swimming. Jet skis and canoes are available for rent along with two really good beach bars opening all day long and have fun beach BBQ’s and buffets in the evening. There is not much shade offered and so take along a sun umbrella.
