Great villa for a family holiday. Very spacious and comfortable throughout. Furnished to a high quality. Villa feels safe and secure. Stunning outside area with two pools and amazing views. Helpful property manager and team. Appreciated the essentials food in the fridge on arrival. You’ll need a car to get around. No problems going through border to get to Dubrovnik – the wait ranged from 5-10 mins. Would recommend.

This is a fabulous villa with beautiful views out to sea. We had a wonderful time for the two weeks we were there. Sara and Tamara (local manager) were brilliant and there is a lovely book they leave you, with plenty of great restaurants and activity suggestions. We just needed to plan for the border crossing which does take some time. We had anything between a 5-25 minute wait in July (peak season). It helps not to try it during rush hour or at weekend morning/evening as people travel to and from the coast. The nearest town, Trebinje, is a 20 minutes drive. It has got a great little square with brilliant places for coffee, ice cream and people watching.

Our 8 day break in Bosnia, which can only be described as a huge success was wonderfully accommodated by Sara and her team at Boz Holidays. The communication both before and during our stay at Villa Ana was brilliant. Sara put us in touch with the local car hire company who arranged for our transfers to and from the airport as well as ensuring we had a car waiting for us to use for the duration of our stay. The accommodation itself was spectacular, the views amazing and the high spec of the villa was a welcome addition to our holiday. From a professional coffee machine and appliances in the kitchen to the jacuzzi in the main bathroom, this villa had everything you could wish for and more. Our children had a wonderful time in the pool each day, which was shallow enough for a less confident swimmer whilst the second adjoining pool was perfect for a confident swimmer. The outdoor barbecue was also a hit and where we did most of our cooking. Natasha, who met us on our arrival at the villa was friendly and had some good advice about places to visit- we can highly recommend “Drijen” ( a local restaurant with amazing mixed grill food) and the water park in Trebinje. There was an abundance of fresh towels and the pool was checked daily . We took the heated pool option which cost about £15 each day but was worth it. Upon our departure, my partner realised that she had left some of her valuables in the bed side table ( a watch and earrings) these were promptly posted out to our address in England. The attention to detail and sincerity of the staff working at Boz Holidays is second to none, we can’t thank you enough for helping us to make such fantastic memories.

This villa was an absolute beauty and everything we could have wanted and more! The check in was easy and quick and Anja met us the next morning to greet us all and show us around the property. The views are outstanding and the facilities in the villa are perfect! The only thing to be mindful of is the wait times at the border which can fluctuate however this had no negative reflection on our stay and would fully recommend booking here if you want a quiet villa with stunning views!

We stayed a few days at Villa Anna’s. As we travel much with our kids, we always seek for safe and superclean places. This Villa just seem to have it all. It is very comfortable, designed considering every detail and luxurious as well. Pool position is perfect, very close to sitting area so we always had our kids in sight. House staff very kind and always there when needed. Definitely a place to visit very soon again. Thank you so much for having us, we are recommending you to all our friends.

We spent again wonderful week in Villa Anna. Weather was beautiful, pool warm and villa itself very luxurious and superclean exactly like last year. Very comfy beds. Enough space for wild children to play and enjoy while parents can enjoy scenery in stylish terrace. Trebinje have many good restaurants in very reasonable prices. This time we did not visited crowdy Dubrovnik at all. Contacts with Bozholidays Sara very kind and promptly. Many thanks again!

Thank you Sara and Jovi!!! and Jelena of course – thank you! Our stay at Villa Anna was fantastic, what a beautiful Villa – Perfect. This villa is stunning and made a fantastic holiday for us. Spotless too and everything we needed. We stayed here as we had a wedding in Dubrovnik. You do need a car. We travelled to Dubrovnik a couple of times during our stay – fantastic, only about 20 mins away but you do have to cross the border. This was no problem at all. We eat out in Bosnia too, would recommend restaurant Drijen which was a 5 minute drive away lovely place and the staff were very welcoming, family friendly with a small park too. We went to Restoran Vukoje, this is a stunning place however would not say family friendly. Lovely food and views and wine of course but would not take the kids! We also visited the Aqua i Dino Park- Grad Sunca in Trebinje – we all had a fantastic time and went there a second time!! Would definitely recommend. New and spotlessly clean! Would recommend bozholidays, take a look on their website, fantastic and friendly and thank you so much again. We will recommend and hopefully visit again!!

We spend 7 days in this house, 2 families with two small children. The house and everything in it and around it, like the two pools, the grill, view and the quietness was amazing really a 5 star resident, the people working with and around the house was so professional, humble and helpful with everything, they did the best to make our days perfect. For shopping grosserys and renting a car we went to a Bosnian city called Trebinje 25 km away, took 25-30 min too drive from the house, I can say that helped save a lot of money because the grosserys was much cheaper there, I would say 30-40% less than in Dubrovnik and the car rental service was really good so I can highly recommend this host, the place and of course the beautiful house.

Villa Anna is an amazing place! We spent there just five days and we are coming back for sure! It was a family holiday (three grown up children) of five persons and we had a fantastic time. The Villa was great, very modern, totally clean, very spacious and very quiet. All of us had his own room and his own privacy. In the beginning we were a little bit worried about the construction side, but to be honest we didn’t recognized any louder noises or anything else! We spent a lot of time in the refreshing pool (for us no heating was perfect!). Especially after a couple of days later the water was cooler and just perfect) and enjoyed the view down the Coast. Sometimes it was a little bit surprising when some of the property managers randomly appeared, but we also got used to it (we are not staying in hotels that much so we are not used to have stuff around e.g.) and it was always very polite and respectful! If there was a problem, help was offered immediately! For us it was the perfect spot! Somewhere in the nowhere but still close enough to supermarkets and beaches. We have done a lot of BBQ but there are also a couple of restaurants around (we will try them next time 😛 ). One of the days we had a great trip through the back-county of Bosnia (it was a suggestion from Sara). In my opinion a car is a must! Otherwise it could be very difficult to get to all the nice places! All in all it was a fantastic stay and we are coming back definitely!

Me and my friends stayed for 5 days in Villa Anna to relax and escape from our busy lives. It was above our expectations. Really luxury villa decorated with an eye for detail. The terrace has an amazing view over the adriatic and the mountains surrounding it. We rented a car also from Bozholidays which I can really recommend. And went back and forth to Croatia. We had no trouble crossing the borders, we did not have to wait any longer than 10 minutes. The staff was really putting in effort to make your stay as pleasant and easy as possible. I even got a birthday cake which was a really great surprise. The villa has 2 swimming pools which light up at night, amazing. Overall we enjoyed every minute of staying in Villa Anna and would definitely come back in the future.

I stayed in this villa with my friends, I’ve been telling everyone about it . It is super hi-tech, really well designed and extremely comfortable. The house was full and there still was plenty of space for everyone so we had our privacy. The location was great with the stunning view on the sea coast. We had a great time and I would recommend the villa to everyone. Also Trebinje is charming little town. Hope to come back soon!!!!!!

LOVE LOVE LOVE Bosnia! What a wonderful surprise we had Waiting us at Villa Anna. The Villa is superbly decked out and the views over the Dubrovnik bay/coastline are incredible. Have to be seen to be believed Marija, the property manager took great care of us and recommended some amazing places to eat ranging from dining on fresh trout down by the river near Tribenje to overlooking the whole valley from the superb winery in town. The house is on the border of Croatia and so be aware you have to pass border control. We went at the end of May and all was very quiet and never experienced any hold ups and found the process painfree We walked down into Dubrovnik from the top of the cable car and then dined at the Arsenal restaurant by the clock tower in the old town and found service and view of the harbour just stunning. The Dubrovnik Heights development is Work in progress so be prepared that the area is in development. This did not detract from our holiday at all and the lack of tourists was a bonus for us. If you are looking for first class accommodation in a little hidden gem, with first class service from Boz Holidays who really care about customer service, with very cheap prices, then try Bosnia – only 15-20 mins from Dubrovnik in low season. We will be back!
