GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Wake up to the panoramic views offered from every room in this new 5 star Villa!
Every comfort is offered from the modern open plan fully fitted kitchen with an American fridge / freezer, dishwasher and breakfast bar. Laundry facilities are available in a separate room.
There is a dining table area opening into the lounge with its comfortable leather sofas, satellite TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi. This extensive living area all opens onto the terrace for outdoor living with its pool (7mx4m) with heating option, Jacuzzi, sun loungers, tables, umbrella, bar table and stools, BBQ and large dining table for alfresco dining with spectacular views.
Villa Cruz has 4 generous bedrooms opening onto balconies with additional chairs and tables. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed, fitted wardrobes and a large “state of the art” en suite with walk in shower and a bath. Two further bedrooms have King-size beds, built in wardrobes and share a bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The twin room has fitted wardrobes and is adjacent to a separate WC.
Extra beds and cot and babysitting service available on request.
Ideal for a relaxing family holiday, where exploring this beautiful region couldn’t be easier. The beautiful beaches of Milini and Srebreno and the historic town of Dubrovnik are just a 10 min drive away. The medical walled town of Trebinje in Bosnia is on the river and has many lively bars and restaurants and nightlife.
All this and just a 20 min drive from Dubrovnik’s International Airport, makes for comfortable living.

LOUNGE
The spacious living room has 2 large leather sofas and armchair with a coffee table, flat screen Satellite TV and DVD player. A large modern dining table looks out to the terrace. There is also an additional seating area overlooking the terrace and pool.
TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL
There is a large patio area – perfect for enjoying the amazing views. The swimming pool (7m x 4m / 1.4m deep) and Jacuzzi are for sole use of our guests. The pool can be heated during the cooler months. The Jacuzzi can be heated independently of the pool and so can be used during the cooler months when it is not so conducive for swimming.
Sun loungers, tables and umbrella are provided for your relaxation.
There are also outdoor tables, chairs and a BBQ for dining alfresco. A very spacious area for relaxing with family and friends.
POOL HEATING
Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. We have modern strong heating pumps but due to our elevated position and the drop in night time temperatures we find it difficult to heat the pool to a temperature suitable for swimming, especially in the early months of the year and towards the latter part of the season.
It is not a guarantee!
( If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day, please note it takes 48 hours to make a difference to the water temperature)
Jacuzzi is heated all year round to the temperature required for your comfort.
NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till end April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

PRICES
PREPAYMENT
30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

CLEANING
During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.
Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.
CAR RENTAL SERVICE
Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.
BABY EQUIPMENT/SITTING
Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.
Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.

We had a great time Jeanne is a very attentive, caring and ultra responsive host at all stages. A view, a location, a calm, really exceptional and very nice places around and possibility to visit Mostar with the Kravice waterfall. Montenegro: Budva and Kotor, and of course Dubrovnik in Croatia with a simple border crossing (yet in July). Thanks for everything Jeanne. Wishing you a beautiful summer.

Beautiful large spacious villa with stunning views over the valley from the terrace. Large outdoor space with pool, hot tub and dining area. Dubrovnik is close by which has lots to
see and do. It also has a variety of lovely restaurants to choose from. We had a great weekend there with friends and would highly recommend it.

We really enjoyed Jeanne’s house. The views were amazing. Any issues we had were handled immediately. When we visit Croatia or Bosnia again we will most definitely stay at Jeanne’s house.

We rented the Villa Cruz for a four-day stay with our three children (ages 15, 7, and 6). There is plenty of space and bathrooms for all, the hot tub was delightful (our stay was in November so the pool was empty) and the hosts left wine and a couple food items that were lovely to have upon arrival. The views both morning and night are gorgeous. A nice, relaxing spot with stores and restaurants no further than 20mins away. Happily, there was also a washer/dryer. We would certainly stay again at Villa Cruz.

I stayed in this villa in the summer of last year and it was just fabulous. It is extremely spacious, perfect for families or groups of friends with stunning views from both the balconies and the outdoor pool/jacuzzi area. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone planning on visiting – it is the absolute ideal location for a relaxing break, with plenty of restaurants, beaches and activities within driving distance! 10/10!!

The villa is of unique comfort with exceptional facilities! It’s impossible not to enjoy this experience! The host greeted us personally and had planned an aperitif for our welcome. The villa is well enough and big enough for a group of 10 people and everything was perfect! You just have to be a little careful with the border crossing times but honestly it is quickly forgotten given the quality of the villa. A very good affordable restaurant has a 5 minute walk! Thanks again for everything. Looking forward to coming back.

It is a beautiful place with overwhelming view over the Croatian Sea. The villa is amazing, great pool, very nice jakuzzi. The Bosnian hinterland, Trebinje and places like Mostar are really worth being visited. The food in the local restaurants is just great, very good price-value-ratio. The only thing you have to be aware if is the boarder. For Schengen-spoiled Europeans it is a real experience and challenge to cross the Bosnian and Croatian boarder. If you are not lucky then it can take an hour or more. From our experience after 10 am it’s easier to go towards Croatia and return from Croatua after 8pm.

Had a lovely week in Bosnia. The house has a lovely terrace with amazing views in almost every direction. It is really well equipped and very spacious inside. The villa is in a lovely quiet spot, but there is a very good restaurant just at the end of the road which always had a nice local vibe. Would definitely go back to this house!

The villa is absolutely stunning from the inside and out, meeting all expectations from what I’ve seen on the website and heard before arriving. It’s lovely and clean before arriving and functions just like home but with the relaxing hot tub and refreshing sea view pool. Everything there you need and some games for fun with family in the lounging area. The city and beaches are all lovely and there are some delicious restaurants to eat at. The views are just picturesque, breathtaking sunsets and tonnes of shining stars, brilliant location. 100% want to go again. Thank you Jeanne and Sean x

This villa had everything needed ! Very modern, great views and spacious. There were 3 families that stayed here and didn’t need to leave. There is the boarder issue however, as the location you can clearly see the boarder control you can time yourselves nicely to avoid queues. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

I had an amazing weeks stay here at this luxurious and spacious villa. The view is beautiful; perfect for lounging by the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. With such close proximity to Dubrovnik and local towns in Bosnia we were able to explore easily. The facilities were in perfect- no faults and very clean! Great villa, large spacious and with what must be some of the best views in the Adriatic. Dubrovnik is very close by and there is a wide selection of beaches and places to visit. Bosnia makes a nice change from the coast, food is cheap, locals are friendly and the new water park in Trebinje kept the kids entertained. You must have dinner in studenac if you stay here.Stuart L
