GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Villa Miriam boasts extensive terraces, a large swimming pool (9m x 4m) and jet pool, poolside shower & WC, built in BBQ and covered alfresco dining area and comfy sofas under the shade of a wooden pergola – this is an outdoor room with a ‘view’! (Please note: although captured in photos, the four post canopy bed is no longer available).
Its modern contemporary design compliments the simply white washed walls and air-conditioned open planned interior. Furnishings are contemporary in style with local hand crafted furniture incorporated into the villa throughout.
The lounge, overlooking the pool has comfortable seating with a separate TV area with a sofa bed, coffee table and its own adjacent bathroom with shower.
Villa Miriam has a fully fitted kitchen, with a dish washer and most importantly a wine fridge to cater for all your dining requirements and modern day living.
There is a further guest bathroom downstairs and separate laundry facilities are available.
Upstairs the rooms sleep 6 comfortably, there are 2 large King-size bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and a further King-size bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. TVs in each of the bedrooms are primarily for younger guests to be able to play PlayStation or similar games on (whilst the TV in the lounge is able to receive world wide stations).
All rooms at Villa Miriam have air-conditioning and a view over the pool and terraces.
Please note Villa Miriam is a part of an ongoing building development, no work is carried out on our development in the summer months but there may be light work carried out on properties in the area.

TVs upstairs are primarily for younger guests to be able to play PlayStation or similar games on (whilst the TV in the lounge is able to receive world wide stations).
4 BATHROOMS
En suite to bedroom 1, with his and her sinks, walk-in shower and WC.
Bedroom 2 has adjacent bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and WC.

Shower and WC facilities also provided poolside.
KITCHEN
Fully fitted and well equipped kitchen with a dish washer and most importantly a wine fridge to cater for all your dining requirements and modern day living.
Separate laundry facilities are provided.
LOUNGE
With an open plan lounge area which opens onto the pool and terraces, you have Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and comfortable seating with a separate TV area with sofa bed, coffee table and its own adjacent bathroom with shower.
TERRACE & SWIMMING POOL
The swimming pool (9m x 4m) and Jet pool are for the sole use of our guests. The pool & Jet pool can be heated or the chill taken off the pool during the cooler months. Please see the note below on pool heating.
Relax on one of our comfortable sun loungers or take shade from the midday sun under an umbrella or the large pergola and watch TV.
For your convenience there is a poolside shower and WC facilities.
Dining alfresco couldn’t be made more simple with a built in BBQ and a large dining table for you all to dine at.
POOL HEATING
Pool heating is INCLUDED in the villa price in all months except July and August. (If you require pool heating in July or August it is provided at £15 per day).
The pool and Jet pool are one unit (NB: it is not a Jacuzzi) and will be at the SAME temperature to each other. The heating system are new and high tech, but the temperature reached is weather dependent and you would need to take into account weather conditions especially the temperature drop in the night time. We do not ‘guarantee’ the pools reach a temperature warm enough for swimming.
Please be aware it takes 24hrs plus to make a difference in the water temperature.
NB: The pool will not be filled from end November till end April, as it is impossible to heat in the winter months.

PRICES
PREPAYMENT
30% of total amount is required as a deposit when booking, which is nonrefundable. Full payment is then due 4 weeks prior to arrival.
A £200 returnable breakage and key security deposit is due on arrival. This will be refunded on day of departure, once the key is returned and property inspected.

CLEANING
During the week a complimentary mini clean is offered, cleaning the bathrooms and kitchen. Final cleaning is also included.
Should you wish an extended clean please book this with the property manager – laundry can also be included.
CAR RENTAL SERVICE
Please note that whilst staying with us car rental is essential due to our location.
We do have a recommended car rental partner Ras Renta Car, please contact them for information on car availability and rates- www.rasrentacar.com. The service they offer is second to none. They meet and greet you at the airport and transfer you directly to your accommodation, where the car will be waiting for you. Transfers at the end of your stay are also included in the quoted price. Importantly on arrival you have no hidden extras.
BABY EQUIPMENT/SITTING
Baby Equipment and Services Available:
We can supply large travel cots – in perfect condition.
Highchairs, a baby changing mat, toilet training potty, baby food blender.
Please enquire when making the booking to check availability.
Babysitting is offered at €10 per hour. The staff are trustworthy, they have their own children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend any of them for babysitting services.

Amazing villa with so much to it, definitely need a car whilst you’re there and you’re better off sorting this with Lily after you book compared to airport rentals. Pool was great as were the rooms and overall condition of the place.

Villa Miriam is a modern and beautiful villa with lovely amenities and views. The place with lovely amenities and views. The place was spotless and ideal for our family. Sara na team were very helpful and were very quick to respond. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to see parts of Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro, the location was ideal to explore all these. A wonderful stay at Villa Miriam. We had a group of 4 adults, a child, and two babies and it was perfect for a family stay. I can’t speak highly enough and Sara and Lily – they were responsive and helpful from the outset, especially given some of our requirements around transfers, baby seats, and travel cots for babies. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect and arranged car rentals and airport transfers – they were also waiting for us on arrival to walk us around the villa and supply us with some basic groceries and a bottle of wine. The Villa is stunning, very private and the finish and spec is 10/10 across every room. Amazing outside area with ample seating, a fantastic sofa area and private pool and jacuzzi – couldn’t have been nicer. Location just over the border and within striking distance of just about everything. Border crossings varied from 0-10 mins typically so no issues. Highly recommended to anybody!

Immaculate family Villa, from the warm welcome to the ease of departure, Sara/Sladja and all staff couldn’t do enough to make our short stay more comfortable, nothing was any trouble. I would highly recommend Bozholidays and Ivanica to any family looking for a quiet break away from the hustle and bustle, the views are simply stunning and the weather was fantastic, we enjoyed trips to Montenegro/Croatia as well as exploring Bosnia. Unfortunately we only had one week however making plans to return in the near future, although a car is required we had zero issues driving between countries and never waited more then 10 minutes at any checkpoint, all in all a fantastic stay.

Super clean and cozy Villa with a very nice pool area. It is super comfortable to lie outside by the pool. The house itself is super modern if you need privacy – it’s definitely the right place 🙂 Just the supermarkets are “far” away (20 min).

Just over the Bosnian border, sits an estate of beautiful villas with Villa Pavle amongst them. Although still some construction going on around it, it didnt affect us. You will need transport to get around as it’s situated in the mountains but Dubrovnik is about 20 mins drive away over the border & Trebinje around 15 minutes drive away to supermarkets & gas stations. The drive is enjoyable though & some fantastic views around. If you get the chance, the drive to Montenegro is also something you should do! Villa Pavle itself is a modern stylish accomodation with plenty of space, chic decor, great range of amenities, large patio area with swimming pool, jacuzzi & bbq. Marija the property manager is very welcoming & helped us settle in with lots of information about our stay at the property & it’s surroundings. I would recommend Restaurant Drijen, which is around 10 mins drive away. They serve up some good local food that we found very cheap (the mixed meat grill is really good!). Thank you Sara for all of your help & for such a wonderful experience. Thank you Marija for helping us to enjoy our stay. We hope to return again in the near future!

From the very start, communications with Sara were brilliant. Responses were very quick and helpful and Sara went out of her way to make sure our stay would be as good as possible. Arrival information was very clear and we received a warm welcome to a sparkling clean apartment – which looks exactly as in the pictures. During our stay the property management team were also extremely quick to respond to queries and available whenever we had questions. This included when we got a nail stuck in the tyre of our rental car (which wasn’t even provided by our host) within an hour the team had arrived at the apartment, removed the tyre, had it repaired at at a garage and returned to put it back on. I would thoroughly recommend.
