This was one of the best airbnb we have stayed at as it as it had amazing views of Dubrovnik and was very clean, spacious, had everything we needed for us and the babies. Our host and property manager were very friendly and helpful. The villa was around 20 minutes away from Dubrovnik old town which involved crossing the border between Bosnia and Croatia I would highly recommend this villa to anyone for their trip to Dubrovnik!

We had a great time at Villa Oliva. We particularly liked the view and the outdoor area. Also the location of the house is very good as from there you can visit beautiful excursion destinations in Croatia, Bosnia and Montenegro. High praise also to property manager Sladjana. During our stay, she was available for any questions and made sure we felt completely comfortable. All in all highly recommended!

We are a large family and spent 11 nights at Villa Oliva. The Villa has 5 star facilities & hotel level cleanliness. From the moment we arrived we got a warm welcome – with gorgeous local cheese, meats & wine and the team at Bozholidays were on hand throughout, helping with taxis, booking restaurants and making recommendations. The Bozholidays guide book in the villa was excellent and gave us everything we needed to explore Bosnia and Croatia from Ivanica. The views from the villa are breathtaking. This villa is pure luxury and has everything we need including things you don’t expect. Highlights for us were; The pool, hot tub, wine fridge, coffee machine, ice machine, cooking utensils, plenty of towels (indoor & outdoor) sun loungers, table tennis and even inflatables. There is plenty of space and furniture so people can hang out together or do their own thing. The villa and pool were cleaned during our stay and everything was done to a very high standard. We crossed the border into Dubrovnik regularly and with one exception it was quick and easy. We also enjoyed going to Trebijne – and the local Bosnian restaurants where the food was amazing and much less expensive than Dubrovnik. We highly recommend this wonderful Villa and our excellent hosts; Sara, Jovic and all the team at Bozholidays. Hvala

This place is fantastic! The team they have running the property are great. From easy pickup/drop off to the airport, to if you have any issues that need fixing, they come right away no matter what. Would definitely recommend renting the car (Lily is GREAT) and take a day trip. Don’t overlook Bosnia as well – it’s incredibly beautiful!

We had an absolutely amazing 5 night stay here at Villa Oliva. The place was exactly as described and looked exactly like the photos – even better in real life. All rooms were laid out perfectly and there were 4 spacious bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped and any extras we requested were delivered promptly. Any issues we had were resolved very quickly within the hour and the hosts went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. The border crossing was no issue for us at all, we would like to give a special mention to Lily who we rented a car from. We would have been lost without her booking taxis for us in and out of the border into Dubrovnik old town as we visited a few nights for a few drinks. We would 100% recommend Lily to anyone staying here. Overall the holiday was absolutely perfect and exactly what we wanted, we couldn’t have asked for anything more. We are already looking to come back here next year. 10/10 Villa.

Villa Olive is the perfect holiday home with stunning panoramic views. The villa is very well equipped and the Boz Holiday team are very welcoming and helpful, doing all they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. The visitors and welcome books are fantastic, so helpful with planning activities and restaurants to visit during your stay. The surrounding beaches and towns are “picture postcards” and the sea is crystal clear. So many things to do and see. The villa is in Bosnia and to visit Dubrovnik or beaches you do have to cross the boarder to Croatia. At times this can mean a delay in journey time, but if you know this and accept it, the villa more than compensates for any boarder control inconvenience.

Villa Olive is fabulous. Perched up above the Croatia/Bosnia border the views across to the bay are stunning particularly from the infinity pool. Inside the villa is well equipped and extremely comfortable with excellent bathrooms and decent showers. Communication with Sara the owner and the concierge staff during our stay was very efficient. An excellent base for exploring Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro. Very easy journey from Dubrovinik airport and villa is close to a number of beautiful bays in Croatia. I highly recommend this villa.

Ivanica has the most beautiful view over the hills, valleys and part of the Adriatic Sea. Villa Olive is positioned to perfectly enjoy all the views. The weather was variable with temperatures around 20 degrees. With sunny days we enjoyed the wide view hanging over the edge of the infinity pool and in the rain and colder weather in the warm Jacuzzi. Ivanica offers a variety of trips such as beautiful beaches and historic cities such as Dubrovnik, Cavtat, Srebreno, Mlini and more places beneath Ivanica. Inland we enjoyed the most beautiful scenery of beautiful Bosnian nature and historic cities. Unfortunately, the week was too short to visit Montenegro. Bozholidays has taken care of everything for us down to the last detail. Villa was spotlessly clean with complete equipment. The beds and furniture were comfortable. We felt incredibly pampered by the villa staff. There were various refreshments such as wine, juice, fruit, charcuterie with local cheese and dried ham, soft drinks and everything you need to start your holiday. It was a relief to arrive and start enjoying your holiday straight away without worrying about buying everything before the shops close. All you had to do was drop your bags and put on something more comfortable and sink into the lounge on the terrace enjoying a cold glass of local wine and the stunning view. During our stay, the staff came a few times to check if everything was in order and offered to clean the house again in between. Thank you Sara, Jovica and staff for this unforgettable holiday. We will definitely come back.

This place was meeting beyond expectations! We were welcomed very well and was given a few snacks and drinks for when we arrived. Great hosting. The villa was spectacular, clean and spacious. You can easily cross the borders into Dubrovnik which was amazing. There are also some great local restaurants in near the villa. Overall and amazing place.

This was our second trip to Villa Olive and we’re looking forward to coming back frequently next summer! The location is spectacular- even better than the pictures, and the house is modern and ideal for a larger family, or two smaller families. The infinity pool has a shelf below the drop off, so it was very safe, even for small kids like ours. We brought our projector and projected a movie on the large white walls for a movie night, and there’s a nice flatscreen TV too. This place has been a godsend for our family during the pandemic- it’s super clean, and so beautiful that you feel no need to go out. We just cooked, swam, and spent quality time together as a family. In non-pandemic times, it would be super easy to pop over to Croatia and Montenegro from here. Fabulous spot and we’re so glad we found it!

Villa Olive was one of our family’s favorite relaxing vacations of all time – everything was sparkling clean, the view is incredible, and the hosts were so sweet. Particularly great for people with little kids, as the pool and house have good, modern safety features, and the house itself feels like a destination-no need to go anywhere else as it has a lovely kitchen and beautiful outdoor seating areas. You could easily pop across the border to restaurants on the coast, but if you’re keen to avoid crowds in the era of COVID-19, it’s so pretty at the house, we felt no need to go anywhere else. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Our stay in Ivanica was amazing! The house is beautifully situated at the top of the village. The location was perfect with the large pool and outdoor area. Would recommend heating the pool as there may be some winds there. The hosts responded promptly and accurately to our questions and our property manager was very nice! We traded what we needed in Trebinje, only 20min from the house. It was very good prices compared to Croatia. Highly recommend the place and the hosts to everyone. For us with two young children who love to swim, this was perfect. We were a total of 6 adults and two children. A great place to celebrate mother-in-law’s 60th birthday 🙂 Thanks to the hosts for a great experience!

Expect exactly what the images portray. Beautiful infinity pool, with a breathe taking view of Croatia from the patio and living space. Fully furnished kitchen and bathrooms. The location is fantastic, we did day trips to Bosnia, Croatia and Montenegro. Sara has put together an extremely detailed ‘local guide book’ which was given to us. It had details about cafes, restaurants, tourist sites and local site seeing options. Villa is 10/10. Modern furnishings inside. Pool, BBQ and setting outside. 10/10 Recommendation.

I can warmly recommend this accommodation. So beautiful. An outstanding view! Large and modern house. Nice and clean! One big plus was that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. A large terrace that had sun all day. Really a place I could return to. Very nice hostess who met us and came and looked at us from time to time that everything was ok. No problems with the border duty. As long as it took, it took us 20 minutes to get through both. So I can only warmly recommend this place.

We stayed at Villa Olive for 1 week in October 2018. Villa is finished to a high standard with well equipped kitchens and bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Location is excellent with stunning views over the bay of Mlini and Cavtat. There is lots to do in the area – on both sides of the border and there are many good restaurants in the vicinity – at prices that make it difficult not to eat out every day! Boz Holidays staff were extremely attentive and helpful.

We had the most amazing time on holidays at villa olive. Sara and her team made everything so easy for us, from collection at the airport, to car hire, to taxis into Dubrovnik and the welcome package was just superb. The views are out of this world. The villa is spotless and modern. There was plenty of space in the villa for 8 adults. We got the pool heated and would recommend this as it was perfect temperature. The villa got sun all day long and is a real sun trap. The boarder wasn’t too much of an issue for us and you learn what times to avoid it. The locals in ivanica are very friendly and take euro and mark. Showers were amazing. Would highly recommend and we are talking about our next trip already. Just stunning.
